今天尝试利用新买的Philips Pressure Cooker HD2139 飞利浦智能电压力锅来'烘'出豆角蛋饼。
材料
鸡蛋3~4只,豆角一小把,小香葱少许
做法
1.豆角洗净切成小粒待用;香葱洗净切小段。
2.鸡蛋打散,加入豆角粒、少许生抽、盐、香葱拌匀。
3.电压力锅智慧万用锅的内锅中加入少许食油,按「无水烹调」键挑选「烤菜」功能项目,将蛋液倒入锅中稍加整型并拨匀豆角。
盖上锅盖,将限压阀调整至「无水烹调」位置,继续加热3分钟后,我就开盖查看,发现蛋饼中央依然未熟,我就再按多一次「烤菜」功能项目,再加热多3分钟。
接着按保温取消键,拔掉电源线,开锅盖使用隔热手套取出不沾内锅,将锅内的豆角蛋饼倒扣至盘中,就能大快朵颐啦!
没有想过飞利浦HD2139智能电压力锅还可以'烘'出漂亮豆角蛋饼,让恩恩也觉得很不可思议呀! !
Today, I try to use the newly bought Philips Pressure Cooker to 'bake' Long Beans Omelette.
Material
3 to 4 eggs, long beans , spring onions
Method
1. Wash long beans and spring onions, both cut into small pieces.
2. Beat eggs, add long beans, a little soy sauce, salt, spring onion and mix well.
3. Add a little cooking oil in the Inner pressure cooker pot, then put in the egg mixture, select 'bake vegetables' function.
After 3 minutes, I open the lid and check whether the egg is done, but still 'watery' in middle, so clicked 'bake vegetables' function to cook another 3 minutes.
Now the Long Beans Omelette is ready to serve.^_^
