【烹饪小秘诀】轻松剥除大蒜皮 How To Peel Off Garlic Easily

每回剥除蒜头皮都弄得满手蒜味,要怎么轻松剥除呢?
阿基师教大家利用罐子、温开水来轻松剥除。

  • 将蒜头放入罐子,加入温开水(不能用热开水),用力摇晃两到三下即可取出,利用温度帮助蒜头皮剥离。
  • 剥完后未使用完的蒜头要冷冻保存,以免发芽。

阿基师 teaches you use a pot and some warm water for ease removal.

Put The garlic into the pot, add warm water (not hot water), Shake vigorously, the  temperature of water will help peeling garlic skin easily.

The peeled garlic must be kept frozen in the freezer, if not they might germinate.
