【食谱】酥炸香蕉 Pisang Goreng

从家乡带回了一条"牛角蕉"(Pisang Tanduk),等待了近两星期才变成熟了,于是便将它炸了吃,这可是我第一次炸香蕉!也是第一次吃"牛角蕉"(Pisang Tanduk)呢!


只需很简单的材料就可以来炸香蕉啦!

粉浆材料:
1杯合隆粉
1/3 杯面粉
1茶匙黄姜粉
1/2茶匙盐
1汤匙食油
适量的水



做法:
先将合隆粉用食油开,再加水混合,置放一旁约15分钟,待用
再将香蕉切小块。
然后再加入其他材料于粉浆后,香蕉沾浆后炸至金黄色,并以纸巾吸多余的油分。

使用这“合隆粉”煎炸的食物,其表皮非常的酥香。即使置放了半天还是脆,你只需照着炸粉后面的指示炸就行了!首先将食用油加入煎炸粉搅拌均匀,再加入适量的水(慢慢加水以调开,浓稠为准)而黄姜粉则令其色泽鲜艳黄色。

[Recipe] Pisang Goreng

From hometown brought back these Pisang Tanduk, waiting for nearly two weeks to become ripe. It is is my first time fried bananas! Is also the first time to eat, "horns banana" (Pisang Tanduk) too!

You just need very simple ingredients to fry the bananas.

Ingredients:
1 cup 合隆粉flour
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cooking oil
water

Method:
Using cooking oil to mix 合隆粉, placed aside for about 15 minutes and set aside.
Then banana cut into small pieces.
Then add in other materials Ang mix well, dip banana paste and fry until golden brown, and use paper towels to absorb the excess oil.

Using this "合隆粉" to fry will make food very crispy, even placing a longer time.  We just need to follow the instructions printed at the back of the packaging.  First, add cooking oil to Stir, then add the little amount of water slowly, to get the right thickness.  Adding a little bit of turmeric powder is the trick to make Goreng Pisang to bright yellow color ^_^
